Highest corona cases in Tamilnadu today to 203
In the highest at 203 new coronavirus cases were reported today in Tamil Nadu, according to data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The city has no virus-free zones; the worst-hit area is Royapuram, with 164 cases. Thiru Vi Ka Nagar has 128 cases, Teynampet has 81, Tondiarpet 70, Anna Nagar 65, and Kodambakkam 60.While 204 people have been discharged, more than 450 continue to battle the virus.
Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami has told collectors that all districts other than Chennai have been recovering well, and advised them to follow strict containment strategies.
