Sobha shares rise 7% on posting superb Q4 results

Sobha share price jumps 7 per cent as Q4 net profit jumps multifold to ₹40.85 crore as compared to ₹7.02 crore a year ago.

The company posted its Q4 results, after market hours, on Thursday. In the fourth quarter, its profit after tax (PAT) increased 481.7 per cent to ₹40.85 crore as compared to ₹7.02 crore a year ago. 

Along with the Q4 results, the company announced a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for the financial year 2025. “Net debt reduced substantially to Rs. -6.3 bn, resulting in a Net Debt-to-Equity ratio of -0.14,” the company said.
